A brain training session consists of the receiver sitting in a comfortable recliner chair. The trainer places two small sensors on the receiver’s head, along with three clips on his/her ears. These sensors “listen to” your brain waves and transmit them to a computer screen where you can watch them on a colorful display. A session consists of the receiver relaxing in the chair and listening to their favorite music for about 35 minutes. The music contains minute, barely perceptible breaks or skips (like a slightly scratched LP record) that allows your brain in effect to “see” what it is doing and change to another pattern if that is more efficient. The effect during a session is very relaxing, almost meditative. Most people find it to be the best part of their day.

Every individual’s response time is different. Many notice improvements in attention and sleep quality after the first session. Noticeable results in many areas generally occur in 10-20 sessions which is why we recommend a minimum of 20 sessions. Those seeking a large amount of change may need 40-50 sessions. The goal is to complete enough training to insure consistant and lasting benefits that you desire.

I see brain training as analogous to going to the gym. A fit brain is very important to me so I do sessions whenever something knocks me off kilter or I just want to be especially sharp or creative. Sad events, minor car accidents, anesthesia or financial shock are all reasons that your brain may welcome the reminder of how it can function at optimal efficiency again.

Its your life and you have a magnificent brain to guide you. Why not maintain it in optimal condition so you can continue to ascend the ladder of your potential? You now have a tool, in my opinion the best use of technology yet, that can make change and getting unstuck an easy and pleasant process.
